Arusha, Tarangire National Park and Serengeti National Park Tour Itinerary
After a briefing in Arusha, you will head to Tarangire National Park. Known for its density of elephants and baobab trees, Tarangire is a photogenic park. You will enjoy a full day game drive exploring the river valley and swamps that attract wildlife. In the late afternoon, you proceed to your lodge in Karatu for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, you will drive towards the Serengeti National Park, passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will have a game drive en route to your camp in the central Serengeti. Today is dedicated to a full day game drive in the Serengeti. You have the flexibility to follow the migration or search for the Big Cats. You can choose to have a packed lunch or return to the lodge for a hot lunch. The day ends with a sunset overlooking the plains before dinner and overnight at your camp/lodge.

Enjoy a morning game drive in Serengeti. After lunch, you will drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will arrive at your lodge on the crater rim in the late afternoon. This location offers magnificent views of the caldera. Relax and enjoy the scenery before dinner and overnight.

After an early breakfast, descend 600 meters into the crater for a game drive. The crater supports a wide variety of animals, including the rare black rhino. You will have a picnic lunch near the hippo pool. In the afternoon, you ascend the crater and drive to your lodge in Karatu for dinner and overnight.

On your final day, you will visit Lake Manyara National Park. Although small, the park offers a microcosm of the Tanzanian safari experience with its groundwater forests, bush plains, and the alkaline lake covering two-thirds of the park.
